We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our full shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, payment is processed within 24 hours and your order is typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. (Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see these emails.)

Shipping Time

NOTE: Due to our large inventory, we have multiple warehouse holdings and therefore orders may arrive individually.

Our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses, including fulfillment centers in China.
Please allow an estimated 2–4 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

  • United States & Canada: 2–4 weeks

  • US non-mainland states (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska) and international orders: 3–5 weeks

  • Some European countries: may take up to 30 days for delivery

If it has been over 45 days since your order was placed and you have not received it, please contact us at purelyher.us@gmail.com so we can investigate.

High-Demand Items

For certain popular or restocked items, please allow 2–4 weeks shipping time depending on production and your shipping location.
Items in your order may be shipped in separate packages at no additional shipping cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, the order enters processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once provided by our shipping partners.
While most shipments include full tracking, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
We appreciate your patience during these rare situations.

Refunds & Delivery Delays

We do not issue refunds due to shipping times.
Our estimated delivery timeframe (2–4 weeks) is clearly stated on product pages and here in our policy.
If you no longer wish to keep the item once received, you may return it for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
