Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At purelyHer, we strive to provide flexibility and transparency with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding one-time and subscription orders.

One-Time Purchases

  • Orders placed as one-time purchases are processed immediately once payment is confirmed.

  • Due to our fast fulfillment process, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.

  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. If an error is noticed shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at purelyher.us@gmail.com , and we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t yet entered fulfillment.

Subscription Purchases

  • Subscription plans allow you to receive your favorite purelyHer products automatically at your selected frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime after your second order through your customer account portal or by emailing purelyher.us@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal.

  • Once a renewal payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded or canceled mid-shipment.

Failed or Missed Payments

  • If a payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to process it again within a few days.

  • After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be temporarily paused until updated payment details are provided.

Returns & Refunds

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements.

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
